Money movement is one of the most fundamental actions in a banking app, and one of the hardest to get right. I redesigned OnePay's entire money movement system, replacing a fragmented, logic-heavy experience with a fast and consistent flow that met users where they were. Leadership recognized it as one of the most impactful UX improvements in the product's history.

Cash advances have a reputation for being confusing and predatory. OnePay set out to change that. I led the design of OnePay's first-ever cash advance product, building an end-to-end experience that prioritized clarity and trust over financial jargon. At launch, over 80% of eligible users took an advance, and the feature continues to grow to this day.

Switching from cash back to a points system sounds simple, but convincing customers that points are just as real as money is anything but. I led the end-to-end design of OnePay Rewards, from how customers learned about points, to how they earned them, to how they redeemed them for cash, stock, or crypto. The goal was never just a smooth transition. It had to feel like an upgrade.
